Query regarding removing logs from ExchangeServer\inetpub\logs\LogFil es

We have single Exchange 2013 running in the environment.

On C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1 and W3SVC2

W3SVC1 is 9 GB. The last modified file is u_ex130624.log modified 6/24/2013.

W3SVC2 is 12 GB. The last modified u_ex150413.log modifies 4/13/2015.

Is it safe to delete files from W3SVC1?

And is it safe to delete old files from W3SVC2?

Please advise

Hi

Short answer - yes it's safe to delete old files from both directories ...
... but it depends on how important these log files are to you.

I personally, automatically delete all these files that are older than 30 days, using a script.

Hope that helps.
